InfoPath Date format and SQL DateTime

I am receving and submitting data to a sQL database. I would like to be able
to use the DatePicker Control, but have not found a way to make the format
compatible between the SQL and Infopath to make it work for submission or
receiving data. Any way to make these two work data formats - date in
InfoPath and datetime in SQL to work together?
