InfoPath docs show code, not content

I don't use InfoPath, but I provide IT support for several people who do.
They "check out" documents from a customer's secure web site. Most can opened
the InfoPath documents fine, but one can't--instead of the form, she sees
code. We've changed every setting I can figure out to try but haven't solved
the problem. Help?

Hey Kathy,
Sounds like the user in question is having their form open in the default
XML editor Rather than InfoPath
1: I would say double check and see if InfoPath is installed on the users
machine
2: Can the other users open the same file?
3: Check the file associations on the users machine they might be set to
open XML in a default editor
