Infopath drop-down list problem - Sharepoint data connection

G'day All,

Can someone tell me if this is a known issue or is there a
workaround?

Environment:

WIN2k3 SBS sp2
WSS 3.0 sp2
InfoPath 2003 sp2

InfoPath Form:

I have set-up an InfoPath form that retrieves contact information from
a contact webpart in SharePoint. I have used the data connection tool
in InfoPath to connect to the contact webpart.

I have set-up a repeating table with four columns (i.e. Contact Name,
Company, Phone and Fax Number). The Contact Name is a drop-down
field, I use rules to fill-in the three remaining fields in the
respective row (using a filter).

This works well with one major issue.

When I select the first contact from the drop-down list there are no
problems - all the data collected is correct and the row is filled-
in. If I select a second contact (on the repeating table) the contact
data retrieved isn't always accurate for the rest of the fields in the
row. There is one exception, if I select contacts in this particular
order. The order that retrieves the data accurately is to start
picking the contact from the bottom of the drop-down list and work up
the list of available contacts for subsequent entries.

If I chooses the first contact on the list and then select another
contact further down the list on the next entry - the respective data
is incorrect.

I have filtered on Full_Name as the unique identifier (there are no
other primary key). The number of contacts in each project is small
(about twenty). There are no repeats in the contact name in the
list.

I really would appreciate any assistance that could resolve this issue
- or provide information that could assist in resolving this issue.
