Infopath entry that modifies Access Query

I have an Access database query set with the data that I want to use to
generate reports for specific individuals based on employee id. Is there a
way to use InfoPath to generate the criteria for the query that gives me the
data just for that group of individuals? If so, let me know what the process
is.
