Infopath Error "The form has been closed"

I am not able to open the infopath form in Custom Task Form (Form which comes
in mail for assigning the task on starting of workflow). Whenever i click on
the link, it shows me error "The form has been closed". When i saw error
details, it showed "The URL doclib/form is an unsupported relative URL. Use
an absolute URL or prefix with '~sitecollection' for a
site-collection-relative URL.".

This happens in case a mail is assigned for a task. But when SharePoint send
a "Task overdue" mail, then it opens. I have been looking to this problem
from so many months but could not resolve it. I am really in a mess, plz help
me.
