Infopath error when opening link from sharepoint

I have a user who is unable to open a link from sharepoint. It keeps saying:

Form Template: http://"XXXXXXX"
Infopath cannot open the selected form. There was an error while loading the
XML schema for the form.

All updates for WinXP and Office 2003 have been downloaded. We have also
added all sharepoint servers to our trusted site. The user has already tried
another computer with no problems at all.
