Infopath errors after saving form template?

After I save a form template and reopen to edit again I get the following
errors when trying to preview form:

The following DataObject either cannot be created or cannot be initialized:
qryClientProjectName
The query cannot be run for the following DataObject: qryClientProjectName
InfoPath cannot run the specified query.

within 1 minute of not saving, testing that it works and then saving,
closing and reopening, I get this error. any help is appreciated
