I'm not an expert in InfoPath and only Microsoft knows (but probably
won't tell until they're ready) what's coming as far as software for the
Mac.
But if there's demand for the product then Microsoft will probably do
it. Since it's based on XML, there's probably little blocking the
ability for InfoPath to be ported to the Mac.
If you're wanting to see InfoPath developed for Mac, you can provide
feedback to Microsoft and let them know at their MS Wish page
