Hi there,
I'm looking for the right product to create forms where I can enter my
patients information, case notes, history etc. I placeholders with free text
entry fields and drop down list boxes to simplify entry of this information.
In addition I want to mailmerge form letters from that data.Some details in
the letter are typical mail merge such as name address, but there is some
dynamic areas specific to each patient that should cause the merge to include
extra sections in the letter.
Is InfoPath/Word the right product for this?
