Infopath form in a template site

I have an infopath form in a template site. I create many sites based on the
template site.
For example :

http://server/MySite is my site.

I create 10 different sites within Mysite, all from the same template site
having the infopath form

Now when an user opens up an infopath form, fills it and submits it, the
form should be submitted back to the site from where it was called from.

The problem is, i will have to code the infopath form when creating the
template site. Is there a way by which i can find out from which team site
this infopath form is being opened from ?
(Coz, i will be submitting this form back to a site, whose name i wont be
knowing.)
