Infopath form into crm 3.0 as a file attachment

Hi,

I am trying to gather evaluation data into infopath form and upload
that into contacts note as a file attachment. Any help will be highly
appriciate...........

I'm not overly familiar with CRM 3.0 so sorry if I'm off the mark - from
memory CRM 3.0 had heavy integration inside Microsoft Outlook, so that being
the case my assumption is you can just add a "normal" Outlook contact with a
file attachment.

I think you would need to write your own "submit" function within your
Infopath form. I don't know any way you could do this directly within
Infopath using the supplied Submit choices, unless you were submitting to a
web service that did it all for you. Otherwise, you would need to either
intantiate Outlook via the Primary Interop Assemblies and .NET, or else use
the CRM/Exchange web services to create a contact object and add the form as
an attachment item.
