We have created an InfoPath form (hosted in SharePoint) that contains
about 150 data fields of varying types. The forms works great; we've
collected a ton of data.
However, when we attempt to create views of our data, we see that only
a portion of the fields we specified for reporting (in Tools/Form
Options/Form Library Columns) are actually available with which to
create views.
Apparently there are limitations on the number of fields and/or fields
of certain types in SharePoint.
Short of reporting (creating views) on fewer fields, is there a
limiting variable that I can tweak to show more fields of, say, type
drop-down in SharePoint. I have about 50 such fields but only see 40
or so in the SharePoint view creation screen.
Thanks for your advice...
