Infopath Form submit

HI,
How to refresh the Dotnet Form using infopath form. Infopath Form has been
invoked from Dotnet.

Scenario is,

User needs to input the data using the infopath form. When submit made, the
input should reflect in dotnet Form (Datagrid).

Eg.,
While adding the Customer from Infopath Form. the customers list should be
added in Datagrid(Dotnet Application)
