infopath form submitted is blank

Hi everyone,

We are currently trying to get a form to submit using only the email
functionality. Everyone in my group can see the form, fill it out and submit
it. Works perfectly. HOWEVER, I cannot... I can see the form, and I can
fill it out - but when I click submit and the email comes with the form - IT
IS BLANK. Nothing I typed in the form shows up... **HELP**
