Infopath form unable to submit form to Sharepoint email address

Hello,

I just downloaded an Absence Request form from Infopath template and I save
it into our Sharepoint site.

Initially everything works well in my testing folder. I can save the form
and also send the form via email to my sharepoint email address. When I
create the actual folder and publish this Absence Request form, the
sharepoint does not accept any of my requests submitted via email.

Anyone can help here? Need further details, please ask.

Hello,

How you are sending via email form using code or form? Can you check once
email data connection?

What is the error are you getting when you try to submit form via email?

Are you able to save the form?
