How can I create separate yes and no check boxes in an InfoPath form. I am
creating an on-line employment application and have several yes and no
questions. The program will not allow me to use the same name for several
fields. I tried to copy and past the yes and no check boxes but when you
check one all the fields are populated.

Hi, I suggest using one radio group( with the two options, yes and no ) for
every question.
