Infopath getting Clients database

I am only getting started with infopath and getting nowhere... please help!!!!

I'm a sales rep:
1) I have an excell file as my list of clients
2) I have an excell file with about 200 products I sell
3) I travel on business most of the year around.

Can I do a "Sales form" that keeps me tracking down what product I have been
trying to sell at what client and when?

Consequently: What product I have not sold to what client?

Yes, you can! You need one repeating table with 3 fields. The first field
should be a drop-down bound to your list of clients (make a secondary data
connection for it), the second field should be another drop-down bound to
your list of products (make a secondary data connection for it), and the
third column a date picker control. You can use the repeating table to enter
data while on the road.

Then you can add 2 buttons that will fire up filters on the repeating table
to show you which products you have sold to a client or which products you
haven't sold to a client.
