InfoPath Help!

Hello,

I have created a form in InfoPath that will allow several users to provide a
status on the projects that they are currently working on. The form contains
information such as employee name, project name, milestone dates, issues,
percent complete, and project summary. I used the following controls to
design the form: date picker, text box, bulleted list, and rich text box.

I have loaded the form in SharePoint. Right now the employees go to
SharePoint and select "fill out this form" and insert the appropriate
information.

Could you tell me how to take all of the forms uploaded to SharePoint and
consolidate the information. My goal is to take all of the information
provided and create charts and look at the metrics. I have a manager who
needs to simply select an employees name and see the status of the project
and charts regarding the employees progress on various projects over time.

Again, I would like for the manager to use SharePoint view all of the data.
The forms are used to gather the information however I don't know how to take
the information from InfoPath and place it into another application (such as
excel or access) to perform the data calulations that are needed to create
charts and look at the status.
