Infopath help

Hi Please could somebody help me, what I want to do sounds really
easy, but I can't make it work as it has long data types in and so the
wizard in infopath won't submit the replies I want.

Every month I get guidelines sent me. These guidelines have a number
of statements. I have to send these guidelines out and see if people
are compliant with them. I would like to make a form where I can type
the Guideline number in a box query a table and it populate the form
with the guideline statements and an option box of Yes, No, Partially,
N/A next to each statement to say if that person is compliant with the
statement.

I then want to have these responses sent back to the table.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is doable but not with the Basic functionality, as you have found.
