Infopath Licensing

We are currently standardized on MS Office 2003 and have about 200 clients.
In order to create and distribute a form using Infopath, do I need to
purchase 1 infopath license, or 200?

Hello

It all depends on how you are going to use it. If all your clients are using
some complex forms then they need to have infopaths installed on their
machines. Or else if you are using some simple infopath forms Use Infopath
2007 and create browser enabled forms which can be filled out in a browser
and your clients need not have to install Infopath
