InfoPath metamodel

Does anyone know if Microsoft has published the metamodel for InfoPath forms?



Maybe a diagram showing how the controls and fields relate, like:


InfoPath Form

|

- Label

|

- Text Field -- Text data

....



This would give a good overview of how the InfoPath forms can be build, so
that I am able to convert another forms format into InfoPath forms, and also
the other way

Each control is bound specifically to a single node in the schema. Buttons
and Expression Boxes can be unbound.
Text is also unbound... so if a label is just text, then its unbound.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to get at.
