Infopath & Mobile Devises

Hi,

I'm very new to Infopath (Installed it yesterday) and i am working on 2003
edition. I have a project to create some forms for Mobile Devises (Generally
running Windows Mobile 5)

Is this possible within Infopath or is it restricted to web forms only to be
accessed by Mobile Devises?

Also if this is the only way to do it, can the forms be used offline?
