InfoPath not working after Upgrade to Beta 2 TR.

Hello,

We are receiving this error after upgrading to Beta 2 TR:

"The server is currently being taken down for maintenance. Check with your
system administrator to see when this server is scheduled to come back
online.

Click Try Again to attempt to load the form again. If this error persists,
contact the support team for the Web site.

Click Close to exit this message. "

It seems to be an erroneous message.

We get the error anytime we try to create a new workflow on any library or
list.

Any ideas?

It looks like we got an answer from Product Management.

Apparently, you will receive this error message when an admin has blocked
new sessions from starting using the ‘Quiesce Farm’ UI at
http://server:adminPort/_admin/QuiesceFarm.aspx. If you check that page and
hit the ‘Reset Farm’ button, that resolves this problem.

There is also a command line to perform this operation.
