In the asset templete what does Cost Center refer to? All of the other fields
are easy.

OK get you now.

Cost centre is the part of the business you want to apportion costs to.

For example

Cost Centre 1 is Computer purchasing

So if i purchase a new computer or rent one it is charged back to the
company via the cost centre 1
