Infopath Project Initiation Form error #61

Hello,

I need some help. This problem is driving me crazy. I am trying to utilize
the Project Initiation form from the Project 2003 SDK and everytime I click
the create project button on the form it gives me an error #61. I cannot
find error #61 in the code and cannot find any support for it. Has anyone
else ran into this problem and know how to fix it?
