Infopath project template in VS 2003

I was looking at the lab 15 exercise on the Microsoft InfoPath
training site. When they click on File|New|Project a folder titled
Microsoft Office InfoPath Projects shows up. I don't see that on any
of the new development machines I have access to. What am I missing? I
have VS 2003, InfoPath SP1, .NET Framework 1.1 and the framework SDK
installed. Thanks

You need to install the InfoPath 2003 Toolkit for Visual Studio .NET at the
following link.

I figured it out. The files to load are located in:
