InfoPath selected data file error?? Preview blank form???

Hey guys for some reason when I go to design a new blank form and try to preview the form I keep getting the error message that I have posted below. Does anyone have any suggestions or help... Thanks in advance for any help...

"The selected data file does not match the current form template. You can select a different data file or you can preview a blank form."

InfoPath cannot create a new, blank form.
The form template is not valid.
InfoPath cannot open the selected form. There was an error while loading the XML Schema for the form.
Access is denied.
