INFOPATH.SHAREPOINT.BIZTALK: how do I edit an infopath document in sharepoint, and get it to trigger

SETUP
I have Infopath2003 documents in a sharepoint DocumentLibrary.
I have a biztalk server watching the sharepoint DocumentLibrary with an
adapter.

REQUIREMENT
I need to edit the infopath document and click 'SAVE'.
I need the monitoring Biztalk server to notice the Infopath document has
changed and 'consume' it.

STIPULATION
I don't want biztalk server to monitor 'Modified by' and 'Timestamps' of the
documents in the 'DocumentLibrary'
I want the biztalk adapter to 'poll' regularly only and not unnecessasily
'Consume' the document until it has been modified and saved back.




Can someone help?
