Hi. I have an InfoPath form that needs to recognize who is accessing
it through a 3-part aprroval process. When the form is initiated, the
text ID field which I have set to the username value correctly pulls
the username from Sharepoint. But when the initiator submits the form
for the first approval (which sends it to an approval library), the
xsn file becomes an xml file and the ID field no longer picks up the
username of the approver. Is there a way to code that text ID field so
that it looks for and registers (in the ID field) who is accessing/
looking at the form when it is an xml document?
