Infopath + sharepoint + web services

I am trying to get my form to submit to a infopath libary and a event
list I noticed Microsoft's templates are using web services I am
trying to replicate this but I cannot see how to install this web
service

Hi,

I am not sure I completely understand. If you are trying to get an InfoPath
solution you created to submit to a Sharepoint library, this does not
require a "web service." You can simply create a data connection to your
Sharepoint site.

not really I can submit to a form libary ok, but I need to to create a
entery in a event list as well when certain contitions are met

Hi,

Are the "certain conditions" InfoPath data specific or are you referring to
Sharepoint conditions? Sharepoint does indeed have event handlers so I
guess what I am asking is do you need for Sharepoint to be able to "look"
at information after the form has been saved to the library or do you
simply need to have code in InfoPath check those conditions?
