InfoPath/Sharepoint

I have an InfoPath Form that i need to keep track of the usage of. I want to
have it submit to a Sharepoint list so i can export the data to a Pivot Table
when needing audited. Is anyone able to give me an idea on what to do to
achieve this? Thanks for your help in advance
