Infopath should to allow anyone to fill out a form

Infopath is not share friendly, which a form program should be. Where I
work(and surveys to outside consumers), not everyone has Infopath nor do we
have access (nor will they buy access) to a web share point server to publish
the survey/form. I need to have abilty for people to fill in the survey form
without knowing if they have Infopath. Like I said I cannot publish it to the
web. What is Microsoft doing about this problem? I do not find this program
useful if I cannot share the form. Maybe Microsoft should come out with a
free program that people can get that they only can open, read, fill out
,save and send the document.

I believe an Infopath form can convert to, or into a Word document, thereby
allowing outsiders to interact or fill out the form or survey and possibly
get the response or feedback necessary. It would not be profitable to build
a program that is not universally usable. A survey or form are universal, in
their use or usage. Check it out.
