Infopath Technical Beta and Competition- Beta Nomination not worki

I clicked on the link from the blog post:

to nominate myself for the Infopath Technical Beta and it says "The
invitation you are using belongs to another registered account"

Is it still open?

It is best to post such issues on the blog where the issue took place and not
in this newsgroup. So just go to the InfoPath Team blog, click on the post
and then leave a comment behind.

No.

The infopath blog page has comments closed and it specifically states at the
bottom of the page - "For questions, comments, and feedback please use the
public newsgroup: microsoft.public.infopath "

see whether an InfoPath Team member picks up your question over here in the
newsgroup.
