InfoPath templates with multiple content types in SharePoint

When I create an InfoPath template and upload it to a Form webpart there are
no problems, but if I try to upload a template to the form webpart when there
are multiple content types, there is no way to identify which content type
the template is for.
If I try to copy the template to the proper location and then set the path
to the file, it does not recognize that the template is in the SharePoint
site and it points to (you see it in the status bar) the location on my
local/network drive (depending upoon where I copied it from).
How can you publish infopath templates to the proper content type in a form
webpart when there are multiple content types?
