InfoPath is a new file format in the Microsoft Office System, and InfoPath
is required to use those files. When you're using InfoPath, you can export
the view and data to a Web Archive (MHT, which can be read in IE and Word)
and Excel file. Those are no longer InfoPath forms, but will let you use
your data in the other applications.
