Infopath VS Sharepoint Designer

Hi - just coming up to speed on Sharepoint 2007/Designer and Infopath and
would like to understand when i would use one product over the other to
create a form ie: what are their best uses?

SharePoint Designer is similar to FrontPage, but meant specifically for
editing SharePoint sites.

InfoPath is a forms designer, rather than a web site designer.

Yes i agree to Collins.

Office Sharepoint Designer is made for editing Sharepoint sites and
also can be used as HTML editor for web site designing.

Infopath is meant for Form Designing purpose, but many controls are
not supported over web,which makes it difficult to use.
