Inforce task updates

Is it possible to force/inforce users to submit their task updates? It seems
possible that updates could go unsubmitted and the PM's wouldn't know about
it.

First of all you can't FORCE anybody to do anything. What you need is
cooperative effort from a trained workforce, with perhaps a little
management encouragement/incentive. Other than that the best you can do
is run some checks, either manually or automated, that looks for update
inputs.

And just for reference, it's "enforce" not "inforce".
