Information about attachments in the body of the mail

Hi. When recieving a mail with attachment I need to have the name of the
attachments in the body of the mail and it has to be there for ever. I want
to save the attachment and then delete it from the mail. This gives me the
possibility to open the mail, read the name of the attachment and then open
it. But how to get the information in the body??
