Information in Text box won't print on just my printer.

We have a form that uses text boxes. One of our users can enter the
information necessary, however, when she goes to print the document, nothing
appears in the text box. She has sent the document to others and it prints
correctly on another printer.

On the Print tab of Tools | Options, check the box for "Drawing objects."
