Information Not Publishing from MS Project Pro to PWA

Happy Friday!

We have been experiencing an issue in which case the Baseline Work
values, specific to both the individual and the task they are assigned
to, that are present in the work plans on the server are not fully
publishing to the timesheets in PWA when we use the Publish All
Assignments and Republish Assignments features in the Collaborate menu.
In looking at a resource's timesheet who is assigned to multiple fixed
work tasks, it is often the case that one or two of those tasks are
missing values for Baseline Work in PWA and I'm not fully understanding
the reason why.
It would make sense to me if the tasks that didn't have values in the
Baseline Work column were strictly those tasks where the resource had
been removed, but there are instances where the resource had in fact
been removed from the task by the Administrator, yet he or she still
has baseline hours on their timesheet. It just doesn't appear to be
consistent.

Do you have any suggested fixes or ideas as to why this may be
occurring? Please let me know if you need further information before
making a suggestion.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Katie:

Are you certain that the baseline work field has been added to the published
fields (Tools > Customize > Published Fields in Project) list in Project for
each and every project?

Hi Gary,

Yes, I double checked the Published Fields and it's listed in the
"Fields in the Tasks View" as both a Task and Assignment custom field
type, so I'm not sure where to go from there. Any further suggestions?

Thanks for getting back to me.
