Information on both sides of a chart

How can I create a chart that has a value x,y, and z axis. I want to put
numbers on the left side of the chart, at the bottom, as well as on the right
side. Right now it only allows me to put information on the x and y axis.
How can I change it?

You can't.

Excel has three kinds of "true" 3-D charts: 3-D Column, 3-D Surface, and
Wireframe 3-D Surface.

For all three, the x and y axes are "category" or label axes, and only the z
axis is a value axis.

When the chart is created, the labels on the x and y axes are necessarily
equally-spaced. If the x and y data have values that are equally-spaced,
then the chart may be a good representation.

It sounds as if you want a secondary y axis, rather than a z axis (as the
latter would apply to a 3D chart). If you want a secondary y axis, select
one of the series on your chart, then Format Series/ Axis, and select
secondary axis.
