Help! I locked all my passwords in an excel file with Information Rights
Management (credentials stored on Microsoft server). Since early June, I
have been unable to open the file on all 3 computers that had been able to
open it previously (3 separate copies, all had been opened previously). Now
I get the message "Your Information Rights Management configuration is
invalid and needs to be repaired. For more information, contact your system
administrator." Doesn't matter if there is a proxy, whether I'm at home, or
whatever. Also, reinstalling IRM or changing my Passport password doesn't
help either. I don't see a certificate in the system to delete, else I would
try that as well.
