You really need to post this to a Windows 2003 server group or one
specifically for Windows Rights Management. It has strayed far outside the
scope of this group.
microsoft.public.internetexplorer.rights_management might be a good place to
start.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Roberto Hernández
asked:
| The page was excelent.
| Now understand a lot more.
| I install the RMS Server for Windows 2003 server, the RMS Client
| But now I have a problem.
| When trying to assign rights in Word 2003 the following error apears:
| This service is temporarily unavailable. Microsoft Internet Explorer
| may be set to Work Offline. In Internet Explorer, verify that Work
| Offline on the File menu is not selected, and then try again
|
| I installed the RMS Toolkit and run the IRMCheck.exe
| and the following warning was generated:
| 8. Machine activation WARNING The machine is not activated
| 9. User certificates WARNING No user certificates found
|
| How do I can Activate the machine?
| I uninstall and reinstall the Right Management Client, and the problem
| persist.
|
| In the tool kit help I find the error as:
| This service is temporarily unavailable. Microsoft Internet
| Explorer may be set to Work Offline. In Internet Explorer, verify
| that Work Offline on the File menu is not selected, and then try
| again. The RMS server failed to respond to a licensing request.
| 1. Verify that the client computer has network connectivity.
|
| 2. Verify that the logged in user can use the browser to
| connect to the licensing URL.
|
| 3. Run IRMCheck.exe on the client computer and examine the
| results under the heading "The Enterprise Service Discovery results".
|
|
|
| But the Enterprise Service Discovery results seems to by ok:

||| I'm afraid because the service indicates that is a test

||| I want to know if I can make the certificates in my server
||| with the Certification Authority server that comes with
||| windows 2003 Server and use my own domain to administrate

||| I also want to kwon what means or how to do it, when they
