I'm not sure if this post should be in configuration or general but
here is the issue.
I have recently got a Windows Vista Home Premium Edition OS system. I
installed Outlook 2003 and I get the error "Unable to open your
default e-mail folders. The information store could not be opened." I
tried to create a pop account and a microsoft exchange account but I
still get the same error.
Does anyone know where I can start to debug this issue?
Also I noticed that when I create profiles and email accounts through
Control Panel -> Mail, Outlook would not recognize that there are any
profiles at all if I select the option to prompt for a profile to be
used whenever I start Outlook.
Also creating a Microsoft Exchange account through Outlook will not
work, but will work through the control panel.
