Ink in PowerPoint2003

PowerPoint 2003 in slide show view (as in its previous version) enable ink
annotation on the slide.

This function was available before TabletPC so I suppose that it's possible
to obtain ink information directly from the PowerPoint Object Model.

I've searched for an event/property/method about ink writing, but I haven't
found everything!

Have you some suggestion on capturing writing on slides during a show?

Is the object model of PowerPoint 2003 similar to the previous? And is it
available for consultation?
