Ink pictures and email submit

Hey all:

Hope someone can help me. I have an IP 2007 form that utilizes an Ink
Picture to collect a signature. The form also has email functionality to
email a copy of the form to the individual who signed it. the problem i am
having is that the Ink Picture is not sent with the email. Other pictures
on the page (company logo and backbround images are sent).

does anyone know how to get the Ink Picture to send.

Oh yeah, i am sending the messages as HTML (not the form with data) because
i cannot guarantee that the recipient has IP.
