Ink with yellow highlighter is very light in MHT document.

MHT documents that I exported from Onenote have a problem. I did not convert
ink to handwriting before I exported the files. Some of the ink that has
yellow highlighter over it is very light in MHT document, in other places the
ink has remained dark. Why doesn't all the ink remain dark like it looks in
Onenote?

It is as if the highlighter covers the ink in some places and is under the
ink in others.

I have a very hot Averatec C3500 TabletPC but I don't think that is the
cause of my problem.
