Inking cursor is too small

I use OneNote's handwriting and drawing ink tool on my laptop (note laptop
and not tablet) quite a lot. I understand the ink is saved as a picture.

My frustration is that if I interrupt the handwriting or drawing for a
while, it takes a while to "locate" the ink cursor because it is only a small
dot. I kind of have to move the pen all over the place on my graphics tablet
and look for the moving small dot!

Is there a setting I can change within OneNote to change the small dot
inking cursor to a larger cursor of some sort, for example to a pen icon
cursor?

I was having the same problems this morning. Very frustrating.
Sometimes you can tell where you are by the way some of the test or ink
'lights' up when you pass over them.

If you are talking about the pens, you can change the size of the pens by
cutomizing them.

Once you have selected a pen, You go to Tools, Drawing and Writing Tools,
Pens, Customize Current Pen. There you can make the pen any size you want.

If the Customize Current Pen is grey, you have not picked a pen.
