Inking problem...

.... my laptop died last week, and I reinstalled windows and all updates.

So now, I'm getting the following message when I run OneNote:

"OneNote requires Microsoft Windows Tablet PC Edition 2005 with Service Pack
2 in order for inking features to work properly. You can install Service
Pack 2 from the Windows products page on the Microsoft Web site."

Obviously, XP Service Pack 2 has been reinstalled, but hey, I reinstalled it
again, just in case. No difference.

Are they talking about some other "Service Pack 2" I'm not understanding?
Some for Tablet PC Edition 2005 maybe? If so, please provide a link, because
I found no such animal on the MS website...

Inking seems to work elsewhere, but not in OneNote.
