I have placed an inline frame on the main web page the problem i am having is
that I links that go down the page. When the link is selected the link
appears but the page stays at the same place causing you to have to scroll up
to the top every time. All of the actions are in the inline frame. Is there
a way around this?

Ok, then can you try explaining in more detail what should or should not be happening?

The inline frame has links on it on the first page of the website. Whenever
you click on a link in the inline frame it opens but it opens wherever the
link was. I want the link to open at the top of the page of the inline frame
example
top

click on link- see bottom or middle of document top is ^ up there forcing
you to scroll up eachtime

Sorry, I am really having a hard time trying to visualize what it happening. Are you linking to
different pages from a page currently loaded in the IFrame or are you linking to bookmarks on the
page that is currently loaded in the IFrame?

I am linking to different pages from a page currently loaded in the I Frame
and when i do it would like for the open link to appear at the top of the
page. Picture this text box like an inline frame. Picture me scrolling half
way down and wanting to click on a link. When i clicked on the link in this
text box it would open at that point in the textbox but the top of the open
link would be at the top of the text box forcing me every time to scroll up.

No, because I can not visualize the problem.
